Description
English: In order to improve the soil fertility in Cuba, effective microorganisms are grown organic, locally available substrates (kitchen waste and agricultural by-products) are grown in Cuba. Bacteria cultures which cause the availability of nutrients are added to a special fertilizing blend. These are stored for several days or weeks under anaerobic conditions before they are spread on the field.
Deutsch: Zur Verbesserung der Bodenfruchtbarkeit werden in Kuba in organischen, lokal verfügbaren Substraten (Küchenabfälle und landwirtschaftliche Nebenprodukte) effektive Mikroorganismen gezüchtet. Hierbei werden Nährstoffe verfügbarmachende Bakterienkulturen einer düngespezifischen Mischung hinzugefügt und diese für einige Tage bis Wochen unter anaeroben Bedingungen gelagert, bevor sie auf dem Feld ausgebracht wird.
