English: U.S. Space Force Chief Master Sgt. Roger A. Towberman, senior enlisted advisor of U.S. Space Force, delivers remarks at the first-ever Airman Leadership School graduation ceremony on Ft. MacArthur, California, Sept. 22, 2020. Sixteen Airmen were honored following completion of a twenty-four day course specifically designed to prepare junior enlisted service members as they prepare for their role as future noncommissioned officers in the Air Force.
