Nederlands: Javanen vallen het schip Amsterdam uit de vloot van Cornelis de Houtman aan op 5 dec 1596.

De inheemse koning wendde een bezoek voor, maar richtte een bloedbad aan op het schip.

Het is onduidelijk waar voor de Javaanse kust dit incident plaats vond.

Verschillende mannen zijn al overboord gesprongen.
