English: Date: Dec 6, 1951 NACA Photographer North American YF-93 with submerged divergent-wall engine-air inlet. Maximum high-speed capability of Mach 1.03 was obtained with afterbrner on. Tests were conducted to compare high-speed performance of the YF-93 NACA-139 airplane with different inlet configurations. (Mar 1953)
