For three-dimensional analysis of the mitochondrial structure of human ankyrin repeat and suppressor of cytokine signalling (SOCS) box protein 9 (ASB9) (movie 2) overexpressing cells (see Figure 12b), we acquired Z-scan image with Z-slice interval 0.34 μM. The three-dimensional animation file was converted with angle degree 6° using LSM510 META software for three-dimensional reconstruction. |
