Apple II Plus".

               [COMPUTER DIRECTOR]
The development of the first Bulganan
microcomputer “IMKO” (Individual MicroComputer)
began in 1979 in the Institute of Robotics and
Technical Cybernetics and Robotics at BAS
(Bulgarian Academy of Science) from a team led by
Eng, Ivan Marangozov and Kancho Dossev. It does
not use disk, but tape storage devices. There are
produced about 50 pieces, and the cost is
approximately 2600 dollars
The first intematonal presentation of IMKO-1 is at
the International Symposium on Robotics in London
in 1981, where is demonstrated a Management
System for robot-arm on the basis of IMKO, called
ROBKO-01.
In 1982 is created an improved version-“IMKO-2”,
an analogue of “Apple II Plus". Its serial production
(with slight modifications) begins in the
Instrumentation factory in the town of Pravets under
the trade name “Pravets-82.”
