Українська: Схема утворення АТФ- або ГТФ-кепів на плюс кінці філаменту цитоскелету: швидкість полімеризації мінус кінця є невеликою, і не перевищує швидкість гідролізу нуклеотидтрифосфату мономером, тому мономери на мінус кінці перебуваєть у Д-формі, на плюс-кінці швидкість полімеризації перевищує швидкість гідролізу, тому кілька мономерів постійно перебувають у Т-формі, таким чином утворюється нуклеотидтрифосфатний кеп.
