Summary

edit
Description
English: This copse of trees is the border between a nameless park and the Amos Benson House. They contain three Oregon white oak trees. Normally, this wouldn't be of note, except these three white oaks are Heritage Trees. They are three of more than 300 Heritage Trees recognized by the city of Portland. These trees are protected and cannot be removed unless permission is given by the Portland City Council and Urban Forestry Commission. The Urban Forestry Commission is a small branch of Portland Parks and Recreation.

The three Oregon white oaks don't have fancy ID numbers. They are simply #198, 199, and 200.
