Description

These birds always come back to the perch they took off from after a hunt - unless of course they are disturbed. Here it was hunting for insects without much luck. And being an energetic active bird, it flew over 5-6 times and came back to the same place giving us several opportunities to take a flying shot. But still it was tough since the bird moves so fast - even before we could react. So I had to do a fast shooting burst every time I think it is about to takeoff or when it is coming back to the perch.

Thanks in advance for your views and feedback. Much appreciated.
