Description

I thought it was a female, but then the color of the eye was a pointer - thanks to a friend who helped with that id. Females have yellow eye, while male subadult pallid harriers have yellow eyes. The birds rest / roost in the night till the morning before sunrise when they fly to their hunting grounds. They are known to roost together. This female flew away from the female after getting irritated with her somehow I guess. There was a bit of wing flapping few times after which he flew to another perch.

Thanks in advance for your views and feedback. Much appreciated.
