Image title	Temporary nighttime lane closures for Sacramento's Watt Avenue bridge are now underway as we work to install a seepage cutoff wall in the levee beneath the bridge. Last night our project team - including our contractor, staff from our safety and construction management offices, and the California Highway Patrol - safely closed three lanes of traffic so we could drill through the bridge to access the levee. We're working at night to minimize traffic disruption, and we're working to get this project to reduce flood risk for Sacramento as quickly as we can.
