English: A map of the most inhabited part of Virginia containing the whole Province of Maryland with part of Pensilvania, New Jersey and North Carolina drawn by Joshua Fry and Peter Jefferson in 1775Hand coloured map on two sheets. Scale: [ca.1:500 000 (lat). Cartographic Note: Meridians of London, Philadelphia and Curratuck Inlet. Contents Note: Cartouche depicting tobacco trade. The two sheets do not agree in longitude, one perhaps a later impression. Table of distances between places from Dalrymple's journal. References to mapping of certain areas by the following: William Churton; Daniel Weldon; Mr Gist; Honble Willm Byrd; ' Willm Dandridge; Mr Willm Mayo; Mr Alexander Irvine; Richard Fitzwilliams.
