DescriptionA sylvan stretch of the Ure - geograph.org.uk - 1402637.jpg |
English: A sylvan stretch of the Ure The Ure is a beautiful river and its upper reaches through Wensleydale are well known. Lower down its course between Jervaulx and Ripon, it becomes more secretive and is not easily seen except by those willing to walk its banks. This view looks north towards Clifton Castle, high on the opposite bank. |
