DescriptionA tiny single engined aircraft comes in to land at Billy Bishop Toronto City airport (27798354192).jpg | Due to the location of the extremely busy Billy Bishop Toronto City airport at the far end of Ward's island, the peace and tranquility of Ward's Island was broken all the time by the constant hum of aircraft coming in to land. Take offs were not that pronounced, it was the landing aircraft that were that numerous. The only saving grace was, Billy Bishop sees only props, so there were no massive jets roaring into and out of the airport. Most were Q-400 Bombardier aircraft, mostly of Porter airlines and the occasional one from Air Canada. This little one appears to be a private aircraft and appears to be a Cessna.
