Description
English: Jace Badia, a retired U.S. Army staff sergeant, came to U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Feb. 12-18 with the Soldiers Undertaking Disabled Scuba nonprofit organization to dive the waters of GTMO.
