Description
English: Abışov Elşad Şərəfxan oğlu 1974-cü ildə Laçın rayonunun Vəlibəyli kəndində anadan olub. 1996-cı ildə N.Tusi adına Azərbaycan Dövlət Pedaqoji Universitetini bitirib. 1996-2005-ci illərdə Laçın rayonu 31 №-li orta məktəbdə müəllim işləyib. 2005-ci ildən Azərbaycan Milli Elmlər Akademiyası Nəsimi adına Dilçilik İnstitutunda çalışır. 2004-cü ildə həmin institutun aspirantura şöbəsini bitirib. 2007-ci ildə «Laçın rayonu onomastik vahidlərinin linqvistik təhlili» mövzusunda namizədlik dissertasiyası müdafiə edərək filologiya elmləri namizədi alimlik dərəcəsi, 2011-ci ildə isə dosent elmi adı alıb. «El-oba adlarının izi ilə», «Sabunçu rayonunun toponimiyası müstəqillik dövründə» adlı monoqrafiyaların, 20-dən artıq elmi-publisistik məqalənin müəllifidir.
