English: Above Preston Brook tunnel. No unauthorised vehicles; not as silly as it might seem as there is a house just round the corner for which the vehicle access is along the towpath. Also just round the corner is Dutton stop lock, marking the junction of the Bridgewater Canal with the Trent and Mersey Canal.
The boat facing us is waiting for southbound boats to come through the tunnel. |
