Deutsch: Vorderseite: FRIDERICUS BORUSSORUM REX. Drapierte Büste Friedrichs II. mit Lorbeerkranz im Harnisch nach links. Unten die Medailleursignatur ABRAMSON.

Rückseite: DIU LAETUS INTERSIT POPULO // D NATAL LXXI / D XXIV IAN / MDCCLXXXII [Lange möge er froh bei seinem Volke bleiben zum 71. Geburtstage, den 24. Januar 1782]. Hygieia, die Schlange um den rechten Arm gewunden, wehrt mit dem linken Hand den geflügelten Chronos ab, der in seiner linken Hand den Schlangenring der Ewigkeit hält. Die rechte Hand lässt eine Sichel fallen.

Kommentar: Die Medaille von Abramson wurde auf den 71. Geburtstag des Königs nach einer ernsten Erkrankung gefertigt. Die Überwindung dieser Krankheit wird durch die Darstellung auf der Rückseite symbolisiert. Chronos fällt die Sichel aus der Hand, mit der er den Lebenden zu den Toten holen wollte. Hygieia, die Göttin der Gesundheit, wehrt ihn ab.
