Description

Vindos de todas as regiões do país, cerca de 6 mil indígenas, de mais de 170 povos, estiveram mobilizados na capital federal, pela garantia de seus direitos originários e contra o marco temporal, nesta que tem sido a maior mobilização indígena pós-constituinte.

A pauta principal esteve relacionada com o julgamento no Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), que é considerado pelo movimento indígena o processo mais importante do século sobre a vida dos povos indígenas. Além disso, os povos também denunciam os projetos anti-indígenas em trâmite no Congresso Nacional e o agravamento das violências contra os povos originários dentro e fora dos territórios tradicionais.
