| Description |
English: Access across the Strule River. The Mellon Country Inn is the background with the main road from Omagh to Newtownstewart running parallel to the river. The bridge is has only been in existence for about 15-20 years and I think that a local farmer may have erected it with a grant. It was used as a temporary bridge over the Owenkillew river north of Gortin, where the Trinamadan Bridge now permanently stands. I drove across it for the first time today. |
