An unidentified accordion player entertains diners at Schmidt's Sausage Haus. The German restaurant was opened in July of 1967 by George F. Schmidt, the grandson of J. Fred Schmidt who came from Germany and opened the J. Fred Schmidt Meat Packing House in 1886 in the heart of German Village. |
