English: "Aerial view of Downtown Columbus. 3rd Street runs across the lower portion of the picture. High Street runs across the upper portion. The roof of the James A. Rhodes State Tower, 30 East Broad Street, appears near the center of the picture. It contains an H inside a yellow triangle. To its south is the Ohio Statehouse, 1 Capitol Square, and Ohio Statehouse Annex, 35 South 3rd Street."
