The United States of America Territory of Oklahoma County of Kingfisher Affidavit Casper Burford being first duly sworn on his oath says that he is the identical person who on the 16 “ day of July 1894, made final proof on and for the East2 of SW4 and Lots 3 and 4 of section 19 in Township 18 North Range 5 West of the Indian Meridian in Kingfisher County and Territory of Oklahoma and that his true name is Casper Burford and not Buford as is it sometime called. That his name as it appears on his final Receiver’s Receipt is correctly written and is his name, his true and correct name, which he bore and enlisted under, and served as a soldier under, in the late war of the rebellion, and the name by which he is now known as his discharge he produced will show.
