English: This day in Mayotte, between African continent and Madagascar, a lot of food had been prepared for a traditional wedding in Chiconi's village. In our way with the wedding procession we met these hands, the hands of efforts after comfort. We can see a flow of water in the background and a water pipe in the midst of the image, to do some dishes. All of the three women are clothed with the traditional woman cothing in Comoro Archipelago : the "saloova". The woman workers are seated on stones with some apparent cooking utensils as a little craft brazier on the back of the image or big wooden spoons, in the midst of platters and kettles blackened from wood-fire.
