Description
English: Like almost all breads and pastries, the cake is very likely to be of French origin, in this case it has become in Mexico and in the world a dessert offered on any special occasion, and is liked by children and adults.

In this photo, you can see a cake with a very Mexican ingredient, "Tequila" (although it can be Mezcal, Sotol, Distilled from Pulque or any distillate of agave or similar plants), as we know those spirits in Mexico have "designation of origin ", so they are considered exclusive to the country and can be exported, the cover of this cake is with natural whipped cream, to which sugar and tequila are added, which combines perfectly with the grated coconut for decoration.

The bread of the cake is a normal bread with coconut fluor, but a kind of syrup is created to which a little milk or water, tequila, sugar and honey are added, of course this cake is for adults, although the version for children can be made by eliminating the alcohol by cooking the tequila that will be added to the whipped cream and the syrup is also cooked so that it loses all the alcohol from the tequila.
