English: Although it is a product of French origin, the white bread has become an indispensable element in gastronomy in Mexico and in the world, and is used as a base to create other dishes such as the very Mexican "tortas de tamal", "tortas de chilaquiles", "tortas ahogadas" and many other preparations comparable in variety to the tortillas to make tacos, the bolillo is also used to make sweets such as "capirotada" and is even an ingredient in some kinds of "mole".
El panqué que es el redondo al frente, es un platillo probablemente de origen frances, pero se adaptó a México como un postre o pan común, por supuesto se agregaron ingredientes mexicanos, cono son chocolate o chips de cacao oaxaqueños, entre muchos otros frutos secos o cristalizados con azúcar.
Español: Aunque es un producto de origen francés, se ha convertido en México y en el mundo un elemento indispensable en la comida, y es usado como base para crear otros platillos como las muy mexicanas "tortas de tamal", "tortas de chilaquiles", "tortas ahogadas" y muchas otras preparaciones equiparables a la variedad de las tortillas para hacer tacos, el bolillo también es usado para fabricar dulces como la capirotada e inclusive es un un ingrediente en algunas clases de "mole".
The pancake that is the round one in front, is a bread probably of French origin, but it was adapted to Mexico since XIX century as a common dessert, of course Mexican ingredients were added, such as chocolate or cocoa oaxaqueña chips, among many other dried or crystallized fruits with sugar. |
