English: Bruno Ahrends (1878–1948), born as Bruno Arons, was an internationally known German architect, who worked in Berlin, Germany.[1] He was a representative of Berlin Modernism Housing Estates before World War I and during Weimar Republic (1910s to 1930s). Most of his creations today are under Cultural heritage management, some are part of a World Heritage Site.

Juli 1948 in Kapstadt, Südafrika), geboren als Bruno Arons, war ein international bekannter deutscher Architekt, ein Vertreter des Neuen Bauens bzw. der Berliner Moderne vor dem Ersten Weltkrieg und in der Weimarer Republik (1910er bis 1930er Jahre). Viele seiner Bauten stehen heute unter Denkmalschutz, eine Reihe sind Teil des UNESCO-Welterbes. |
