Air Force Two C17 Plane Interior

Summary edit

Description
English: On some trips, the Vice President will switch from the standard blue-and-white painted 757 that normally serves as Air Force Two to a C-17 cargo plane. The Air Force pulls a modified Airstream trailer into the plane for the Vice President while most of the staff sit on seats along the side of the plane. On this trip into Iraq, my first of six with the Vice President, I asked the pilots if I could climb through a door on the back of the cockpit that allowed me to make this photo of the interior of the airplane. July 2, 2009.
