Description
English: Air quality monitoring at Port Seton At least that is what I assume it to be. It was equipment made by Casella ETi, who are into air sampling, and had a Cockenzie power station contact address on it, so I assume it is part of their environmental monitoring - it is about 3 km downwind of the power station.
