الخلعيات من اجزاء الحديث - تخريج القاضى ابى الحسين على بن حسن بن حسين الخلعي الموصلي المتوفى سنة 448 , جمعها احمد بن حسين الشيرازي في عشرين جزأ.


الخلعي ( 405 - 492 ه‍ = 1014 - 1099 م ) علي بن الحسن بن الحسين بن محمد ، أبو الحسن الخلعي الشافعي : مسند الديار المصرية في عصره . أصله من الموصل ، ومولده ووفاته بمصر وأمرائها ، فنسب إليها . وولي القضاء فحكم يوما واحدا واستعفى . وانزوى بالقرافة ، حتى قيل له القرافي . وكان قبره فيها يعرف بقبر " قاضي الجن والانس " صنف كتاب " الفوائد " في الحديث ، ويعرف بفوائد الخلعي . وخرج أحمد بن الحسين الشيرازي أجزاء من مسموعاته في الحديث ، سماها " الخلعيات "
