English: Two letter, three number serial began in 1954. In 1954 Alberta issued only a single plate for the rear of the vehicle. For the front plate there were issued different plates for the province, towns and cities. Even the Alberta Motor Association issued a distinct front plate in 1954. These plates even had a slogan for the numerous communities that issued these plates. |
