Description Armene overkors (Arms crossed). The Danish PM Zahle and his cabinet were dismissed by king Christian X in March 1920 in an unconstitutional way. When the king found out that he had made a mistake by not asking Zahle to stay on until a new prime minister could be appointed, Zahle bid his time and refused to return to office. The drawing was used by the Danish satirical magazine Blæksprutten in 1920.
