Nederlands: Fabriekspand uit 1890 van de fa. Vonk en Zoon. In 1906 uitgebreid met een steenkolenloods, die ingangen had aan de Kanaalkade, de Pieterstraat en aan de Koningsstraat (architect Leguit). Van 1917-1919 verbouwd tot papierwarenfabriek voor de fa. Hekket & Co. (architect Kalverboer). In 1939 samengevoegd met de ernaast gelegen steenkolenloods op Pieterstraat 2. Vanaf rond 1970 meubelwinkel Ben Henke Antiques, uitgebreid rond 1974 en bestaande tot rond 1999. Na de restauratie rond 2000, waarbij de zolder een stukje werd opgetild, werd dit gedeelte gemaakt tot Architectenbureau Rob de Vries.
