Description
English: Figure 1: Structure of the human alpha-arrestin TXNIP predicted by AlphaFold (accession Q9H3M7). Blue and yellow portions highlight the conserved N- and C-terminal arrestin-fold domains, respectively. The gray region shows residues that make up the C-terminal tail region which contains the L/PPxY motifs responsible for binding ubiquitin ligases.
