TO THE ETERNAL MEMORY OF THE MEN OF ALREWAS WHOSE NAMES ARE INSCRIBED HEREON, WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES FOR THE EMPIRE IN THE GREAT WAR, AND OF ALL THOSE OTHERS FROM THIS PARISH WHO FOUGHT UNDER THE FLAG DURING THE SAME PERIOD 1914-1919 IN LIKE MANNER WE HONOUR THE MEN OF ALREWAS WHOSE NAMES ARE INSCRIBED BELOW WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES IN THE SECOND WORLD WAR 1939-1945 |
