Description
Deutsch: Der " Alte Elbtunnel " bei den St. Pauli Landungsbrücken gilt für die Zeit der Erbauung zwischen 1907 und 1911 als Meisterwerk der Baukunst. Beauftragt wurde die Fa. Holzmann & Cie GmbH. Der Tunnel verbindet die St. Pauli Landungsbrücken mit Steinwerder. Er verfügt über Personen.- sowie Lastenfahrstühle für PKW´s. Zur Zeit wird der Tunnel aufwendig saniert. Im Foto ein Blick zur Kuppel mit kleineren Dachfenstern.
