| Description | Wir sind gestern von Peru komend in Kolumbien angekommen, per Schiff. In Iquitos haben wir unsere Hängematten auf dem Oberdeck eines Schiffes montiert und sind dann gemächlich den Amazonas runter geschippert. Diese Fahrt hat 2 Tage und 2 Nächte gedauert und war wunderschön. Im tropischen Klima ist es immer warm und wenn das Schiff fährt, bläst einem eine schöne Brise ins Gesicht. Das Wetter ändert sehr schnell. Oft sehen wir am Horizont, über dem Amazonas, ein Gewitter aufziehen, welches starken Regen bringt. Einige Minuten später ist der Spuk aber wieder vorbei und die Sonne scheint abermal. Das Schiff legte während der Fahrt immer wieder bei kleinen Dörfern an, um Waren ein- und auszuladen. Die Häuser dieser Dörfer sind entweder auf Stelzen gebaut oder dann schwimmen sie im Wasser. Der Grund dafür ist, dass zwischen Regen- und Trockenzeit der Wasserstand bis zu 15m variiert. |
