The Ría Lagartos Biosphere Reserve is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in the state of Yucatán, Mexico. It is located at the eastern end of the coastal strip of the Yucatán Peninsula, with the Gulf of Mexico at its northern limit.

There are 395 species of birds at Ría Lagartos and it is home to about 40,000 flamingos, the largest flock of flamingos in the Yucatan. There are also 58 species of mammals found there.
