Description U.S. Navy Lt. Martin Oliver, a prior enlisted naval diver, trades dive pins with a Cameroon navy dive officer aboard USS Kauffman (FFG 59) March 21, 2007, during a passing exercise off the coast of Limbe, Cameroon. Military officials from the U.S., Cameroon, Gabon, Sao Tome and Principe and France assisted in planning the exercise that focused on communication and cooperative training aboard naval vessels from the U.S., France and Cameroon.
