English: An Easter Walk in the Conwy Valley - 15 This photograph of a ladder stile was taken on a public footpath that connects the B5279 (behind the viewpoint) with the B5106 (ahead) to the north of Tyn-y-groes.
The footpath is part of a walk that leads from St Mary, Caer Rhun to Tyn-y-groes and back via Pontwgan. Ladder stiles are something of a feature on this walk and probably make it difficult for dog owners with animals of the less athletic variety. This stile leads out of a narrow strip of woodland where a number of trees have been blown over causing the walker to need to be careful not to bang their head as they make their way amongst the trees.
