Summary edit

Description
English: An MHC tetramer contains four MHC/peptide complexes that can bind to receptors on an antigen specific T-cell. A fluorescent molecule is attached to the tetramer for analysis of T-cells. MHC molecules are expressed by most cells in the body, and present peptides that T-cells can recognize and respond to.
