English: An early WWW. The stone is marked "W.W.W 1865" after Sir Watkin Williams Wynn who had the boundary between Cardiganshire (now Ceredigion) and Montgomeryshire marked in 1865. See also 273758. Given their exposed location, it would appear that these stones are replacements - they seem to be too well preserved to be original. |
