Italiano: Secondo la Meccanica Biarticolare Concentrica il carpo è congegnato come una protesi biarticolare di femore in cui la testina protesica è riprodotta dalla testa del capitato che sul versante articolare concavo scafo-lunare, costituisce l'articolazione enartrosica della Coxa Manus. Questa è la "vera" articolazione del polso, su cui si svolge il c.d. Dart-Throwing Motion. La sconnessione della Coxa Manus (nella componente ossea - es: la pseudoartrosi di scafoide ; o in quella legamentosa - es: la dissociazione scafo-lunare) causa, o piuttosto "è" l'Instabilità Carpale. Certificata dal segno patognomonico della dislocazione statica o dinamica della testa del Capitato e, conseguentemente, del Centro di Rotazione del Carpo, ivi localizzato. |
