Le pilierexterne (1 ) est resté intact. Le plan profond de la paroi antérieure (6) se continue avec (4) le tendon conjoint que recouvre (3) le pilier de ( olles. Sous le tendon conjoint, on aperçoit (5) lexpansionlatérale de la gaine du droit ou ligament de Henle, (7) le ligament suspenseur dela verge. Le schéma, en haut, représente le pont formé par dessus le cordon parletendon conjoint venu du petit oblique et du transverse.
