Français : Autre patrimoine de Rosheim, un monastère de l'ordre des bénédictins (en provenance de Saint-Nicolas-de-Port) a trouvé place depuis le début de la seconde partie du XIXe siècle après avoir racheté un établissement thermale exploité depuis le moyen-âge. Elles le transformèrent en partie en externat/pensionnat de jeunes filles renommé dans toute la France. Pour autant, les activités ont quelque peu évoluées l'enseignement a laissé place à l'hostellerie plus classique et les moniales font maintenant des hosties pour les communautés environnantes.
