llection of stuffed specimens of birds and mammals. Therehas been a large increase in the number of these made during thepast year. The Mineralogical and Lithological collection containsan assortment of minerals from various parts of the United States.Colorado and Kansas are especially well represented. All sectionsof our own State are represented. The Geological portion em-braces a collection of fossil plants and animals belonging to eachgeologic age. During the past year a a very valuable collection ofrocks and fossils from Egypt and the Holy Land was presented tothe college by Rev. John White of the American Mission in Egypt.Through the efforts of students and other friends the collectionsillustrative of the work in Zoology and Geology are being constantlyincreased. The Botanical specimens include ivories, woods andherbarium collections. It is the aim to make the Museum notmerely a collection of curiosities, but an important factor in ad-vancing the scientific work of the students.
