Deutsch: Blick von der Straße An der Christuskirche in den Engelbosteler Damm, auf dieser Karte noch Engelbostelerdamm geschrieben. Der "E-Damm", die erste in Hannover asphaltierte Straße, ist hier noch mit Kopfsteinpflaster befestigt, durch die jedoch schon Straßenbahnschienen führen. Außer Kutschen, Fahrrädern und Handkarren sind jedoch keine weiteren (Auto-)Mobile zu sehen. Auf der linken Seite verkauft Arthur Lincke Fahrräder, dahinter bietet sich Otto Bahn an, gefolgt von der Weinhandlung Karl Vollmer. Weiter hinten ist der (heutige) "E-Damm 18 zu sehen, eines der wenigen Häuser, die die Luftangriffe auf Hannover im Zweiten Weltkrieg überstanden haben und in dessen Hinterhaus der Künstler Jorge La Guardia sein Atelier betreibt. Am rechten Bildrand ist das ehemalige Gebäude zu sehen, vor denen unter der heutigen Adresse Engelbosteler Damm 2A drei Stolpersteine verlegt sind.
