af Marineforeningens Slagelse afdeling, med bidrag fra Sparekassen Spar Trelleborg, Slagelse. Jyske Bank, Slagelse. Profil Optik, Slagelse. Ollerup Maskinfabrik, Slagelse. Tømrermester Georg Berg, Slagelse. Slagelse Rotary Klub. Den A.P.Møllerske Støttefond.

I skibets skrog er der lagt en forside af Marineforeningens medlemsblad, bestyrelsens navne samt 5 kroner

Skonnerten blev bygget på Nyholm og søsat 1831. Nyholms kraner har nu Operahuset som nabo.

Konstruktør var fabriksmester A Schifter. Elben, blev udrustet første gang i 1838 og udgik af flådens tal i 1858. Blev ophugget 1861.

Skibet, der skulle være vagtskib på Elben, var armeret med 8 korte 12 pundige kanoner. Besætningen var på 40 mand
