Français : Diagnostic : Aortite syphilitique. Description macroscopie : Très gros cœur avec hypertrophie myocardique modérée et dilatation des quatre cavités. Dilatation légère de la partie portion proximale ascendante de l'aorte, de la crosse aortique et d'une partie de l'aorte descendante avec légère dilatation de la valve aortique et rétrécissement des orifices des artères coronaires. Description microscopie : Légère sclérose du myocarde et aortite syphilitique avec athéromatose légère. Année du prélèvement : 1946.
