Summary
editDescriptionAponeurosis fibra muscular.JPG |
English: Aponeurosis; crop of central overlapped zone of same histological section from which was photographed Aponeurosis.JPG and Aponeurosis 100X.JPG, but bigger magnification (400X). During staining and fixing process cells are removed and only shows elastic fibers. However, probably due to the folding and overlapping of the layers in the central portion, in the middle there are striated skeletal muscle fibers. It is seen clearly the characteristics striations of the muscle and nuclei of fibroblasts, but elastic fibers look blurred because they are in a different layer and micrometric adjustment of microscope only allow to see one layer at time.
